Ingredients: Organic Rose, Organic Red Clover, Organic Lavender, Organic Butterfly Pea Flower, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Wood Betony, Organic Pau D’ Arco Bark

Brewing Instructions: Boil 1-2 tbsp in about 2 cups of water for 20 minutes on low to medium flame. Herbs can be boiled twice.
